21 DAY FIX DAY 8

My workouts are starting to become easier and I don't feel like I'm going to pass out during the workouts. The dieting is also becoming more of a routine and I'm not having as many cravings now. I feel so good after I finished my workout today. As much as I hate the total body cardio, I love it at the same time because I know its whipping my booty into shape. I really love make my Shakeology shakes and I look forward to them everyday. They are so delicious and so good for you!
