I've almost made it a week and I'm so sore. Although its been really hard to make sure I get my workout in everyday, once I finish the workout I'm so glad that I pushed myself to do it. Its felt so good to eat clean and workout everyday. Today was the Dirty 30 and it was a tough workout. Lots of lunges and squats added  in with shoulder exercises. Lets just say I am sore after the Dirty 30. I'm so proud of myself for eating so well and working out all week.
