21 DAY FIX DAY 5

Wow cardio fix was a tough one! I was exhausted by the end! Today I had the most delicious protein shake. The containers it counted as was one red container and three teaspoons.

 The recipe is:
8 fluid oz. water
1 scoop Chocolate shakeology
3 tsp. all-natural peanut butter
1/4 medium banana
8 fluid oz. ice

Place water, shakeology, peanut butter, banana, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. If you haven't tried shakeology before its a great source of protein and makes the best shakes.
