I absolutely loved the workout set for day four. It was Pilates and I really recommend Pilates to anyone. I know Pilates helps you to develop long and lean muscles which is exactly what I want, a  nice long lean and tone body. My favorite meal from today was greek yogurt(red container) with berries(purple container) and granola (yellow container). Although I'm really sore, I feel so good eating so clean and exercising everyday. I'm loving the 21 day fix so far and I really feel like this might jumpstart my weight loss.
