Wow I was so sore after day one, I was thinking to myself how on earth am I going to complete another workout? I somehow got through the upper body fix, thank goodness it was upper body because my legs were so sore I don't think I could have done another cardio fix. The meal plan is already getting easier to follow and I prepared some of my food in the containers the night before. That way when I got hungry I could just eat instead of having to cook when I was starving. I'm not going to lie, I still felt weak on day two with eating less calories, and adding working out into my day.
