21 DAY FIX DAY 10

All I can say is wow, leg day is a killer. It's called lower body fix and its seriously a half an hour of squatting and lunging, I am crazy sore today but its a good sore because I know my legs are got a great workout. My favorite meal today was my asparagus (one green container) and a turkey burger (one red container)
